Founded in 2018, Roasters Kolektiva built Thessaloniki's most structured specialty ecosystem: an in-house roastery, a retail and take-away bar, and an SCA-certified educational campus all under one roof. The Lab location on Karamanli serves direct-trade micro-lots as espresso or filter, and the team runs courses from barista basics through sensory and roasting modules. Multiple city branches in Kalamaria, Neapoli, and Sykies extend the reach across greater Thessaloniki.
