One of Warsaw's oldest and most steadfastly independent specialty cafes, Relax Cafe Bar is run by owner Michal Matan with an obsessive focus on sourcing from the best European and global roasters. The dark-toned interior, referencing 1970s and 80s alternative aesthetics, is a deliberate contrast to the Instagrammable minimalism of newer entrants - the coffee and the company are the point. Full alternative brewing menu alongside espresso, with occasional dance events and kizomba nights.
