QACA occupies a bright second-floor space on Jalan Malabar with a dedicated manual-brew corner, an in-house roasting machine, and a Barista Lab offering private sessions in latte art, manual brewing, and coffee cupping. The cafe stocks both green beans and freshly roasted lots, and its Brewtellers concept emphasises barista-guided tasting as part of the everyday service. It is one of the more education-forward specialty bars in the city.
