Public Coffee Roasters transformed a former customs house near the harbour into their roastery HQ and now runs three Hamburg cafes - the original Neustadt spot on Wexstrasse, a bakery-integrated cafe in Eimsbüttel, and a third in Winterhude. The house ethos is wide-ranging access: everyone is invited to taste their changing roster of roasts. Solid espresso programme alongside well-sourced filter options.
