Pison opened in Petitenget in 2014 and helped set the standard for what a full-day cafe could be in Bali, running from early morning coffee through evening cocktails and live music. The two-storey brick building has an industrial warmth, and the espresso is taken seriously with well-calibrated shots underpinning the brunch classics. An Affogato and Espresso Martini are house signatures. The kitchen runs until late, making it one of the few quality coffee spots that extends into the night.
