Founded in 2017 in a narrow Ancient Town alley, Phin Coffee has grown to three Hoi An locations anchored by Phin Lab Roastery on Cam Kim Island, where all beans are roasted and milled in-house. The menu emphasises premium Vietnamese coffee through V60 and aeropress alongside a selective food offering of breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The commitment to local arabica and robusta production roots the operation firmly in Vietnamese coffee culture.
