PERC Coffee is a Savannah-based specialty roaster that has built a meaningful Atlanta presence, and the Grant Park location on Memorial Drive - opened October 2023 in the former Full Commission space - is its most developed cafe in the city. The bar pulls precision espresso on a La Marzocco Linea PB with scales and offers rotating rare single-origins as manual brews changing twice monthly alongside a full all-day kitchen. Sprudge featured the buildout as one of the region's standout new cafe openings.
