Peach Boy launched in 2021 on Ermou Street and quickly became one of central Thessaloniki's most talked-about new openings, thanks in part to a partnership with Valenio roastery that brings Valantis Lamprianidis's precision-roasted single-origin and blend beans to every cup. The peach-toned interior with couches and stools doubles as a brunch spot serving acai bowls and French toast, and four city locations now keep the queue moving. European Coffee Trip lists the Delliou branch separately.
