Opened in early 2026 by a five-time latte art champion, Peace and Culture Coffee is tucked inside the Assembly courtyard at 720 Glen Drive with no street signage, making it feel like a genuine discovery. The concrete and corrugated metal interior is striking, and the menu is divided between classical espresso drinks and imaginative contemporary offerings like Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. Every syrup and tonic is made from scratch in house.
