Parallel roasts specialty coffee at their Castlemilk Enterprise Park roastery and runs an espresso bar open to the public Monday to Saturday, making it one of Glasgow's few genuine roastery-cafe destinations away from the city centre. The name references the latitude band within which all coffee grows, a nod to the founders' obsession with origin. Supplying Coffee Broz, Hinba and other city cafes, Parallel is one of the rising forces in Glasgow's wholesale roasting scene.
