Paper Mill is the flagship of Tallinn's specialty coffee scene, operating out of the historic firehouse of the old Tallinn Cellulose and Paper Factory on Masina Street. Founded in 2020 by Margus Varvas after years running Mousetail Coffee in London, the roastery-cafe has become the city's benchmark for single-origin filter coffee and espresso. A second location operates inside the Viru Keskus food hall for more central access.
