One of Santiago's foundational roasting addresses, Original Green Roasters has been roasting weekly in its Providencia premises since 2011, sourcing directly from farms across Ethiopia, Guatemala, and South America. The copper roaster is visible from the cafe floor and the menu switches between a focused espresso program on weekdays and an Aussie-inspired brunch on Saturdays. Beans for Black Mamba and other city accounts are roasted here, making it a pillar of the Santiago supply chain.
