Nous recently expanded its signature lavender and lilac aesthetic to Amsterdam Noord with a new location on Docklandsweg, bringing its community-forward coffee philosophy across the IJ. The menu centres on meticulously prepared espresso drinks, matcha, and a rotating selection of filter coffees, all served in an interior that photographs brilliantly without feeling contrived. Freshly baked pastries and a warm, accessible atmosphere have already made the Noord outpost a hit with the neighbourhood.
