Founded in 2021 by Jack Hudspith and Katy Evans at Wapping Wharf, New Cut Coffee serves a distinctive three-component house blend roasted by Colonna Coffee in Wiltshire, with each component also available as a separate single-origin espresso or filter. The harbourside setting inside a former tea room is relaxed and airy, and sourdough toasts and cakes keep the food offer honest and local.
