Nandan Coffee occupies the ground floor of Mulla House on Homi Modi Street, just below the Sri Lankan Embassy near Flora Fountain in Fort. Every bean is grown at The Nandanvan Estate, a 100-percent organic property inside the Kodaikanal wildlife sanctuary in Tamil Nadu that has remained chemical-free since 1997. The space features minimalist white interiors and a mezzanine level, serving cold brews on tap, espresso, and light vegetarian bites. This is one of Mumbai's most compelling addresses for genuine farm-to-cup specialty coffee.
