Ministerstwo Kawy has anchored the Marszałkowska specialty scene since 2011, running a long-standing partnership with Swedish roaster Koppi for its espresso programme while rotating international filter roasts. The interior has a warm, lived-in character that has made it one of the longest-standing meeting points for Warsaw's coffee community, and late closing hours - unusual for specialty bars - make it a reliable option well into the evening. Home-made cakes prepared by one of the owners remain a staple.
