Munich's most celebrated independent roastery, founded in 2014 by Conny and Marco Mehrwald, roasting only specialty-grade Arabica on a Probatone in the back. The Müllerstrasse flagship in the Glockenbach runs multiple brew-bar stations so every method from espresso to pour-over gets equal attention. Beans are sourced through direct and transparent trade relationships, with the menu rotating as new lots arrive. This is the reference point against which every other Munich specialty café is measured.
