Rotterdam's most storied specialty roaster, founded in 2009 by Paul Sharo, operates from a vast arch of the Hofbogen railway viaduct in Noord. The bar's centrepiece is Frank, a five-group Kees van der Westen machine combining three distinct extraction methods. Man Met Bril sources approximately 80 percent of its green coffee directly from farmers and now operates the world's first coffee hotel on the same site.
