The original Mamacoffee location, open since 2007 on a tree-lined Vinohrady street, pioneered the city's fair-trade and direct-sourcing specialty movement long before it was fashionable. All beans are roasted in-house under Mamacoffee's own label, with daily espresso and batch-brew choices decided each morning by the baristas. A charming garden terrace opens seasonally, and the cafe remains a founding institution of the Prague Coffee Festival.
