Machina established its roastery behind Arthur's Seat in 2013 and opened this 50-seat Marchmont Road cafe as its flagship retail presence. Two single-origin espresso options run simultaneously, one dialled for milk drinks, the other for black. A full brunch menu and generous outdoor seating from April onward make it a weekend anchor for the Meadows crowd.
