Lighthouse Roasters
Fremont · Seattle
Pouring beans from Lighthouse Roasters
Roasting since 1993 in a 120-year-old craftsman building at 43rd and Phinney, Lighthouse is one of Seattle's oldest continuously operating specialty roasters and a genuine neighborhood institution in Fremont. Small-batch hand roasting is still the method, and the worn-in cafe retains the comfortable informality of a place that has served generations of regulars. Longevity and consistency rarely coexist this naturally.
