Opened in December 2023 in a converted warehouse with exposed brick, steel trusses, and a cathedral ceiling, Lighthouse houses a visible roaster and a small bakery that supplies fresh pastries daily. The bean selection ranges from Vietnamese-grown lots to competition-grade imports from Campos in Australia, offered at different roast levels alongside a brunch menu. The roastery also runs workshops for enthusiasts and aspiring professionals.
