Leto has grown into one of Panama City''s most respected specialty groups with locations in San Francisco, Costa del Este, Obarrio, and Casco Viejo, each offering the full slow-bar menu including pour-over, Chemex, Aeropress, and siphon alongside espresso drinks. The coffee comes from Finca Mil Cumbres, the family''s own estate in Chiriqui, and the Geisha lots from that farm have won recognition at international competitions. The Costa del Este flagship occupies a double-height space behind PH Murano on Avenida Paseo del Mar, and is one of the most technically accomplished bars in the country.
