La Cabra's North American headquarters opened at 1329 Willoughby Avenue in 2025, doubling as a working roastery and a full-service cafe faithful to the Danish brand's minimalist aesthetic and light-roast philosophy. The pastry program brings the kardemummabullar (Swedish cardamon buns) that made the Copenhagen original famous, and the coffee menu highlights traceable lots from La Cabra's direct-trade relationships across Ethiopia, Colombia, and beyond. The transparent roastery floor lets guests see production happening steps away from the espresso bar.
