Opened in 2011 at Place du Forez, this was one of the first specialty coffee bars in all of France. Mokxa, the in-house roastery, supplies beans roasted to highlight origin character across a rotating monthly selection. The terrace overlooks a quiet square and the interior blends retro warmth with serious barista craft. V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and French press alongside espresso make it a complete school of slow coffee.
