Kyoto-based roaster Kurasu ships freshly roasted beans weekly from its flagship Japanese facility to the Hong Kong shop at Shop G65, Mira Place 2, 118-130 Nathan Road, maintaining the Japanese precision for which the brand is known. Guests choose between hand-drip and cold-brew preparations for each origin on the menu, a format that rewards curiosity and repeat visits. It is one of Tsim Sha Tsui's most convincing arguments for specialty coffee crossing the harbour.
