Kopi Manyar is a hidden-in-plain-sight specialty cafe designed by a collective of four architects who turned a quiet residential house in Bintaro into one of Jakarta's most architecturally considered coffee spaces. Beans are sourced through Javanero, with a focus on West Java arabica lots, and the manual brew menu keeps the offering purposefully tight. The double identity as coffee shop and art gallery means the walls change regularly, drawing a creative clientele that returns as much for the curation as the coffee.
