Kokoma operates from The Plaza on Avenida Cincuentenario in Coco del Mar, fusing Panamanian specialty coffee with Japanese-influenced bistro cooking across two levels with a terrace. The coffee program foregrounds single-origin Panamanian beans and the space has earned a strong following for its aesthetic, which combines clean lines with tropical textures.
