Operating from Stand 3/26 at the Viktualienmarkt since 2014, this roastery stand hand-roasts specialty Arabica using traditional drum methods and sells the results a few steps from the roaster itself. There is no indoor seating, just a few high tables under the market canopy, but the combination of live-roasting aroma and historic market atmosphere makes it a uniquely Munich coffee experience. Handmade Florentines and seasonal pastries pair well with the espresso.
