One of Vienna's founding third-wave addresses, Kaffeefabrik opened in 2011 at Favoritenstrasse 4 in Wieden and operates its own roastery in Burgenland. Beans are sourced directly from producer cooperatives globally and baristas can explain the provenance of every single lot on offer. Fresh homemade treats, including vegan options, accompany the coffee.
