Founded in 2013 by siblings Rasalika, Saudamini, and Krittivas Dalmia, Kaffa Cerrado is one of Delhi's longest-standing independent specialty roasters, operating from an industrial-area roastery that doubles as a cafe and tasting room. The giant glass wall lets you watch roasting in progress while you work through 16 different bean selections sourced from Kenya, Indonesia, Peru, Costa Rica, and Indian estates. House blend espresso, Colombian AeroPress, and Ethiopian Chemex are the signature orders, and the roastery-visit atmosphere is unmatched in the city for sheer behind-the-scenes authenticity.
