A 2026 warehouse opening on Gilbert Street from former Loc manager Lewis McDonald and his sister Ella, built around naturally leavened sourdough, Danish-inspired cardamom buns, and specialty coffee from Wood and Co and Kindred. Shared with a mid-century furniture showroom and a photography studio, the space has already become one of the CBD's most talked-about new settings. Open Thursday to Sunday.
