Established in 2015, Hoi An Roastery operates several branches in and around the Ancient Town, each sharing the same formula of dark wood interiors, ceiling fans, and the aroma of house-roasted coffee. The menu spans espresso, cappuccino, cold brew, and Vietnamese ca phe sua da, all made from beans roasted on-site. It is one of the oldest specialty operations in the region and remains a reliable anchor for the Hoi An coffee scene.
