A micro-roastery and café on Fleminggatan near Fridhemsplan run by Michael Missailidis, who grew up in Ethiopia and brings a deeply personal focus on high-altitude Ethiopian arabica to every roast. Beans are always freshly roasted on-site and sold by the bag or prepared to order as filter or espresso, with staff happy to walk through the distinct regional flavor profiles of Yirgacheffe, Guji, and Sidama. Compact and unpretentious, it is one of the most genuinely origin-focused spots in Stockholm.
