Hinba roasts single-origin specialty beans on the Isle of Seil on Scotland's west coast and runs several cafes across Glasgow, with the Dumbarton Road shop in Partick being their flagship West End location. The light, airy space is a calm counterpoint to busy Dumbarton Road and the coffee - sourced direct and roasted to highlight origin character - is among the most transparent in the city.
