Hesperis Coffee Factory

Founded in 2022 by Karim Ramzi at 243 Quartier Industriel Sidi Ghanem, Hesperis is Morocco's most visible specialty roastery open to the public, combining a coffee house, a barista academy, a restaurant serving international healthy food, and a retail boutique under one roof. Beans are roasted to a medium profile that preserves acidity and fruit notes, a deliberate counter to Morocco's traditional preference for dark espresso blends. The industrial district setting draws a creative and design-minded crowd, and the space operates around the clock.
