Herkimer has been roasting and serving from the Greenwood Avenue corridor since 2003, building a loyal Phinney Ridge following on the back of consistent espresso and a no-frills dedication to quality that never needed a re-brand or a concept refresh. The roastery smell hits the sidewalk before the door does, which is as good an advertisement as any. Multiple Seattle locations, with this Phinney Ridge flagship as the soul of the operation.
