Opened in early 2025 on Route de Safi in outer Gueliz, HeiBai takes its name from the Chinese words for black and white, which is reflected in a precise, minimalist interior of floor-to-ceiling glass, high ceilings, and a warm beige palette. Owner Chihab approaches each cup with visible care, and the space has earned a rare perfect score across early reviews. Homemade sodas round out the menu alongside serious espresso and filter work. Closed Mondays.
