Founded in 2017 by Alexandros Founis on Metamorfoseos 59 in Kallithea, Handpickers takes its name as a direct tribute to the farm workers who harvest coffee by hand in the field. The roastery roasts daily and supplies dozens of Athenian specialty cafes including Myller, and its retail cafe allows visitors to drink the results at the source. An honest, craft-focused operation that represents the quiet engine behind much of the city's specialty bar scene.
