What began in 2021 as a weekend market hobby grew through coffee trailers and pop-ups into Golden Bean's own cafe on Hellkamp in Eimsbüttel, with a second location on Gertigstrasse in Winterhude. The roastery sources organic, sustainably farmed beans and roasts them gently in Hamburg, pairing the coffee with house-baked cookies, waffles, and seasonal bagels.
