Tucked into a converted garage on Jl. Surabaya in the leafy Menteng district, Giyanti is widely considered the founding pillar of Jakarta's third-wave movement. The roastery has been sourcing and roasting specialty Arabica from farms across Indonesia since 2012, keeping operations intentionally small so baristas can guide guests through each origin. Siphon and V60 preparations are made to order, and the house pastries are baked fresh each morning.
