Anna Schättgen and her partner Gio import coffee directly from an Ecuadorian women's cooperative in the Amazon region and roast it in Cologne, specializing in Canephora-Robusta in a way almost no European specialty roaster does. The small Greek Quarter shop, open Thursday through Saturday, doubles as a gathering point for specialty professionals passing through the city.
