Positioned on the edge of Philadelphia's Italian Market, Function Coffee Labs applies a science-forward philosophy to coffee service with rotating single-origin African espresso options alongside a house blend from their sister roastery, Vibrant Coffee Roasters. Opened in 2015 by Ross Nickerson and Megan McCusker, the shop pairs dialed-in espresso with sourdough baked goods from their in-house baking program. One of South Philly's most original specialty destinations.
