The original Forno Brisa location houses the visible Brisa Coffee Roasters micro-roastery, one of Bologna's first specialty roasters, launched after founder Enrico Cirilli spent years studying coffee growing regions in Peru and Honduras. All green coffee is sourced from chemical-free, sustainable plantations at above-market prices. In 2023 the site won the Bloom Specialty Coffee award as Best Coffee Bar in Italy.
