Founded in 2018 after owner Pablo discovered Scandinavian light-roast culture during travels through Denmark, FANKÖR ranks fourth in the World's Best Coffee Shops South America 2025 list and eleventh globally in 2026. The cafe roasts, bakes, and cooks everything in-house: single-origin Ecuadorian lots from multiple provinces rotate on the brew bar alongside house-made bread, pastries and a full savoury menu.
