Ethica Coffee Roasters at 213 Sterling Road (Unit 104) combines a specialty roastery, coffee school, and cafe in a high-ceiling loft in Dufferin Grove, where training sessions and collaborative new-release events share space with the public-facing espresso and filter bar. It is one of the few Toronto venues where guests can drink a coffee while watching the education side of specialty unfold.
