Eska

Part of the Ambiente hospitality group, Eska occupies a converted Karlin factory and combines an open bakery, full-service restaurant, and specialty coffee bar under one high-ceilinged industrial roof. The sourdough bread and morning pastries are baked on-site and are widely regarded as among the best in the city. Sunday brunch here has become a Karlin ritual, with a coffee program that matches the kitchen's care for ingredients.
