One of Prague's most beloved third-wave bars, EMA anchors the Florenc corridor with a rotating cast of top European micro-roasters alongside its own Alf and Bet bakery. La Marzocco espresso and Moccamaster batch filters share bar space with careful V60 and AeroPress pours, all served in a lively but never loud room. As of April 2024 the bar went fully cup-free, so bring your vessel or borrow one.
