Hamburg's most recognised roastery, open since 2004 and headquartered in a converted former meat-packing house in Sternschanze. Elbgold roasts twelve coffee variants - six espresso, six filter - on site and operates a further four cafes across the city. The flagship doubles as a production roastery and a lively all-day cafe with an in-house bakery.
