Founded in 2016 as a specialty roastery and since expanded to a cafe on Al Mariah Street, Earth Roastery has built a reputation as one of Doha's most technically accomplished coffee destinations, with its V60 pour-over frequently cited as the city's finest. Organic sourcing principles underpin the buying program, and plant-based milks are well integrated rather than an afterthought. A drive-through format at the Al Rayyan campus serves the Education City crowd.
